MOTEL POLICIES
RESERVATIONS:
A credit card is required as a guarantee on all reservations, and a valid credit card and photo identification (driver's license) must be presented at check-in.
AVAILABILITY:
Motel availability is guaranteed only at the time of reservation. All future inquires for dates are subject to availability based on the date of inquiry.
THIRD-PARTY PAYMENTS:
To arrange for billing to a third-party credit card, please obtain a copy of the Credit Card Authorization Form from the Reservations Department or online. The form must be filled out in its entirety per instructions listed on the form and returned prior to arrival. Form and attachments must be faxed or emailed.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT:
Check-In Time: After 2:00 PM
Check-out Time: 11:00 AM. Late Check-Outs will be charged an additional night’s rate plus tax.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once you make a reservation with us, rooms will be held for your exclusive occupancy in our reservation system.
Due to the nature of our business, cancellations affect us significantly. This is why we apply the following cancellation policy:
- A minimum of 3 days notice prior to check in time is required for the cancellation/amendment of a reservation.
- A cancellation or amendment to a reservation (or an existing stay) advised outside the above time frames or a 'No Show' may result in a 'No Show' or a 'Cancellation Fee' to the equivalent of one night's rate for the room type reserved.
PET POLICY:
We do not allow pets for the convenience of our guests.
INTERNET ACCESS:
Complimentary wireless, high-speed Internet access is available to motel guests in all guest rooms and motel public areas. Login information is available at the front desk.
